The wrens are in a territorial war with the bluebirds around here. The bluebirds seem to be standing their ground and so far are the residents of the nest box they were all fighting over. The bluebirds have become so agressive that I saw the female bluebird take after a woodpecker who was minding his own buisness but invading the branch she wanted to perch on. She won that one as well.
