The Series "ONE HOUR IN THE LIFE OF A ONE-DAY OLD COMMON LOON CHICK" continued from yesterday. (See yesterday's posting for description, notes and the initial four images, 1a, 1b, 1 & 2).

Image 3 (above): Mom/Dad takes junior for a sight-seeing cruise along the shores of The Mississippi.


Image 4: Mom/Dad goes fishing on the choppy water whilst junior hangs on and tries to emulate Mom/Dad.


Image 5: Junior wants off so Mom/Dad raises its wing to facilitate the de-embarkment.


Image 6: Once off, Mom/Dad has a little head-to-head discussion with junior telling it to stay close by.


Image 7: Junior swimming along side its parent.
