I agree - the odd design touch of the angled bricks at the corner add interest, and the fade to dark as it goes up is great.

This is an interesting corner because it doesn't seem to be 90 degrees. It was shot with a very high ISO, but the colour is still well saturated. It's quite an interesting composition with the top of the building disappearing into the night and the noise.
