My dad and my grandpa used to build fenced, it's called a "comealong puller" there's one hanging on my deck right now... Great job!!! very creative!

We see lots of that type of work around here where there are lots of cattle ranches.

Bea, that is a fence wire strecher... as you pull the lever back toward the chain side, it streches the wire so that you can splice it together. it is an interesting piece of farm equipment!
