We really did not know what happened to the swans. A couple of ladies said they saw the swans with 2 cygnets but there was no evidence. It was suggested that the swans likely practiced making nests but may have been too young at this point in time, since they were hatched in 2003, and released in June 2005.
We did not see the pair again until Sunday June 1,2008 when they swam with their 5 cygnets!
