Though she looks fine in this photo, our little Westie is gravely ill. We have been told she is in kidney failure,
though she just turned 7. Zoey has always been a very happy go-lucky little dog, who loved to chase critters
and eat. Now she can barely walk and will hardly eat. She has dropped from 20 pounds to 16 pounds. And,
of course, it is breaking our hearts. Zoey has always been a good model for me, always a good sport no matter
what silly hat I put on her head.
