Yesss, i'm in love with this cake.
Simply to make, no need a lot of kitchen's tools.
Still use the same recipe i have ever posted, just add the milk instead of coconut milk and of course some chocolates powder.

Ingredients:
A:
7 egg whites
½ tsp cream of tartar
75 gram caster sugar
B:
125 gram caster sugar
125 ml milk
80 gram vegetable oil
7 egg yolks
¼ tsp salt
125 gram all purpose flour (include 2 tbs milk powder)
25 gr chocolate powder
How to make:
B:
Mix sugar, eggs, mik, oil & salt. Add sifted of flour, milk powder and chocolate powder.
Stir together until combine. Set aside.
A:
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar with electric mixer, until frothy.
Gradually pour in caster sugar, continue beating until soft peak.
With a rubber spatula, gently fold in the egg whites to the chocolate mixture until well combined.
Scrape into the chiffon cake's pan.
Bake at 325 F, about 1 hour.
Turn the pan over. Don't remove. Let it cool about 1 hour
Run a long knife along the side of the pan.
Turn the cake onto a rack.
Run the knife along the bottom of the pan, take off the bottom pan.
Turn the cake onto a serving plate or cake board.
