An autumn scene taken beside the road to Hanmer not far from where it turns off from the main road between Christchurch and the Lewis Pass. My photographic endeavours were interrupted by a bone chilling scream. Somebody had jumped off that bridge....fortunately with the foresight to attach himself (but it could have been herself) to a bungy rope and so just managing to avoid getting wet. No doubt some strange person from a far off land with with bizarre ideas on having a good time.
