Bottle Tree

I was not sure why these bottles "grow" on this tree. I think because they have to keep the branches down so they can grow wide in stead of up. It was an unusual sight :-)

What a great idea! I keep trying to tie limbs to the trunk to "form" the tree, but this is more effective. I have to wonder if the tops were taken off, they might play a tune. Interesting reflections too.
