Seems to be the eyes of a strange insect! I agree with Miro: he/she should full open the gas to feed all these lights, otherwise they will drain the accu in a breath. endika

As I can see the lowest row is made of home halogen lights, so I believe most of the lights are for show only. If they don't, he must have a power plant to light them all in the same time, or I'm wrong totally. Nice find, Kevin.
