Judges Comments:
Waterfalls are very hard to take, because of the great range of brightness. This was obviously taken in very dull light and it suffers badly in the shadow areas. If you have not done so I suggest you check Levels. If you have Photoshop CS2 or CS3, with Shadow/Highlight you can miraculously lighten the dark area without lightening the light areas.
