Lory State Park

A group of 3-4 Vesper Sparrows were hanging around with a similar number of White-crowned Sparrows in one of the parking areas in Lory State Park, which is northwest of Fort Collins, CO. The rusty shoulder patch is one of the indicators of the breed.
