Nara, Japan view map

It was pouring rain all the day, my shoes and my shirt were totally wet!
Poor me had to protect my camera and lenses, but not myself, against rain drops.

The Kasuga Shrine is located in Nara, Japan.
It was established in 768 A.D. and rebuilt several times over the centuries.
The interior is famous for its many bronze lanterns
as well as stone lanterns (as shown in this picture) that lead towards the shrine.

Thnaks for the comments.The same mood for the humidity as in my area.All Asia is very stunning for the tradition with the old stones surrounding by the trees.I am sure of the serenity of this one.
