Chief Petty Officer Kyra Maillard is welcomed home from her 15-month tour in Afghanistan. Chief Maillard was given a raucous hero's welcome upon her arrival at her arrival in Philadelphia. Neither her nor her family expected the welcome they got - three TV stations were there filming as well as numerous passers-by and of course the regulars from A Hero's Welcome.
