Layers of Color

Highway 15, Fallbrook, California

I really did almost get a ticket for stopping here. These beautiful blooming hillsides were right along Highway 15, and
were just too good to miss. Can one include a ticket for stopping in an emergency only area as a legitimate tax writeoff???
