Yup i think her name is : "Lucy Tan" who is now a Captain of A340 And 747 And is Pregnant.

Lucio Tan's daughter is a Second Officer (SO) for PAL, but right now she is on leave. She just bore a child.:) PAL has lots of female pilots. At least 8 that I know of. I don't know if there are any female Captains. But I'm sure that some of them are now FOs. That's one of them in this picture.

I honestly don't know but Lucio's daughter is a PAL 747 First Officer and I understand she earned her stripes just like other pilots did.

Does PAL have Pinay pilots (captains)? I know 5J has at least one because there was a highly publicized all female flight (cockpit and cabin crews) some time ago.
