December 2008 update: The stainless steel lettering on both sides of the overpass have now been removed
(I originally thought it was gradually unwelded apart and stolen by die-hrd scavengers!) and replaced
by huge official highway-type directions for the benefit of all motorists. And about time, too! :-)
