The Lion, the Lamb, and the Photographer

It's been a crazy 24 hours, weather-wise. And for once, I really don't care. We went from 50 degrees and partly sunny yesterday, to pouring rain last night thru this morning, to snow flurries and 30 degrees by 10am. A lot of the existing snow was washed away by all the rain. We got a little seepage in the basement last night, nothing like last time though. My fear is that when the temperature drops, we're back to an ice slick situation.

Margaret made up this arrangement last Friday night for her stamping party. They were catching some rays in our kitchen window today. Well, cloudy rays if that counts. Sometimes, those are the best rays to have if you like shooting flowers, and I LOVE shooting flowers. I'm spoiled that Margaret can grow one hell of a flower garden right here in our yard, so I don't have to go far. I do however have to get through a lion and a lamb before those start appearing. For now, these will do nicely.

By my car thermometer, we hit 67F today... I can almost smell these :-)
