After an eight mile backpack trip into the Eagle Cap Wilderness area and eating freeze dried pack food for a couple of days, pan fried protein was a much welcome meal. We ended up catching five of these really small Brook Trout from a glacier lake and had them for lunch. It was amazing how these little fish tasted and how much they lifted our spirits. One of the most memorible trips on the trail.
