The guy sitting behind me at work (Lead Person) tasked me
with finding or making a motivational poster about "empowerment"
for our next group meeting... There was nothing related to
empowerment on www.despair.com, and Google turned up nothing,
so I decided to create something on my own.

I had been looking at snowboarding helmets the day before, and
the tag hanging from one of the helmets had caught my attention
(also my daughter's... we both thought it was pretty funny)

This is what I came up with using a borrowed image
from the Boeri helmets advertisement

It's not that often I get a good idea (one that other people
think is a good idea).

The image is the one Boeri helmets uses on the tags hanging
from their ski/snowboard helmets (e.g Boeri "Roller" helmet)
As I said, I'd seen it the day before while shopping for
snow/skate/mountainboard helmets with my daughter and when
I started thinking of empowerment visuals it came to mind.

The picture immediately struck me as the one to use,
but the slogan evaded me at first... several early
ones were just sorta okay. Then this one popped into
my head and I knew "That's IT!"

It felt just like discovering penicillin or inventing the wheel did.
I just knew immediately that it was right.
