This is the Queen Anne style house of the original owners of Ardenwood Farm
George Washington Patterson and his wife Clara Hawley Patterson. It has
been restored and is one of the centerpieces of Ardenwood Historic Farm Regional Park.

Much of (if not all of) the furnishing's in the house belonged to the Patterson family.
