Artistry at the EPA
by Helen Betts

Washington, D.C.

The Environmental Protection Agency is another one of those bureaucratic buildings that I've passed by a thousand times without ever really looking at it, but when I finally did, I discovered a truly magnificent structure with some of the most beautiful lights I've seen in Washington. The EPA takes up an entire city block and the main facade can be seen at http://www.pbase.com/helenpb/image/93069504

Helen, this is a beautiful image and just perfectly composed; that gold on the lamps is just gorgeous! I Love it!

Those lights together with the sculptures on the facade are indeed superb. Great catch, Helen!
