This was a Immature Coopers Hawk (young) who frequented our deck area, probably in search of food! I was told, when I revealed this picture, that it was a falconers bird, as it had a Jess and Bell on it. It's very hard to see, so not sure if it's there or not. I do have other photos I took of this bird, but liked this one the best. This photo is from summer of 2007
