Too Good for my 0wn Good...

My daughter, Alycia, just enlisted in the Army.
She's the one with the pet rat.
She's almost halfway through Basic & she's starving for sweets & pictures from home
I've been teaching myself kindergarten digital scrapbooking in the evenings
This is one of the pages I had printed yesterday
They turned out GREAT in 4X6 format
But I had to sign a paper saying I had copyright on the images
The woman would not believe me when I said I took the photos
in my front yard with a 35mm Rebel 12+ years ago
So I signed the paper & Alycia's photo book is in the mail.
She's not allowed to have sweets in Basic but she'll have her photos :0)

I can tell you this....had I not gone into the Army, my life would have turned out very different. I was not on a good road and I can say, without a doubt, that the Army saved my life and helped make me who I am today. Good luck Alycia and congrats. It's worth it.
