A clutch of happy punters revel in the excitement of the free Circle Tram.....actually more of an oblong with it's route skirting the perimeter of the city's central area. However not a great deal of reveling going on here. The tram was built way before the days of air conditioning and it was hot. Check out that awesome hat....no doubt bought at the market.
