Ginny and I spent a good deal of time today cleaning up my Ford Econoline van so we can sell it. One thing I had to do was scrape all the stickers off the rear window. In so doing I got a trip down memory lane. This van has done a lot of stuff, mainly with the Boy Scouts. My three sons are Eagle Scouts. The bottom one went on there in 1996 when Richard received his Eagle award. The van has been to Philmont once and to the National Jamboree twice. It has been to about every state park within four hours of Houston and up to Camp Strke more times than I could every remember. I have hauled cement with it for David's Eagle Project and wood with it for Robert's and Richard's Eagle projects. When we were cleaning it out we found bits of debris accidentally left behind by one of the scouts. A good time was had by all.
