Father Kino established this Spanish colonial mission, one of twenty, in January 1691 after he established Tumacacori. Two adobe walls are all that remain. You can only visit this site with a NPS ranger in the fall and spring as part of a living history tour. Tickets for visiting the missions can be purchased at Tumacacori Visitors Center.
