For the second time in a little more than a week (see January 10th) we were given an original painting by a local artist. This time I won a door prize, painted by Betty Rhatigan, at a celebration of our city's eighth birthday. That's right, our little city is only eight years old. When we found out that Betty was in attendance, we tracked her down so we could take a photo of her with her work.
