"Homestead High School is located approximately 13 miles north of Metropolitan Milwaukee.
It is a 4-year public high school, serving students from a 48 square mile area including
the suburbs of Thiensville and Mequon. Upper middle income business executives and
professional residents account for the major population. Current enrollment of the
comprehensive high school is 1,600. Of the 120 certified staff, 75% have masters or higher
degrees. Because 90-95% of the students are college bound, college preparatory classes are
