I got my phone bill today and it is over $40 more than normal. I blew a gasket, called the phone company and found out that the Enhanced Services charge was from another company I'd never heard of before....so, after I cut all my stuff down to the bare basics on my phone line and got them to remove this charge and a $26.99 overbill as well as a couple of more mistakes, the actual bill was much less! Pays to really look at your bills! And, they bumped up the speed on my DSL, took me down to the basic local phone service, because I use my cell phone mainly, my new bills should hover around $45.00....much better, I think. It pays to question any discrepancies you find...
