Located at the Plaza Lacson at the western edge of Carriedo St.

This commemorative monument of Mayor Arsenio H. Lacson is in recognotion of his outstanding efforts and immense commitment
for the City of Manila. He is the city's first elected chief executive and was labelled as "Manila's fightingiest mayor"
as he and his administration struggled for a clean, honest, and efficient city government.
