Welcome to Graphics Challenge# 116! This week's challenge theme comes from a
misquote of Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice, and is titled, All That Glitters.
We've offered two starting images, the only rule is to use both of them
however you like. The starting images can be found here:

I used the first photo supplied as the background for my All That Glitters.
image. The second photo I used as a frame for a third image that I found on the.
Internet (a public domain image from an old book of the Merchant Of Venice).
I used Difference Clouds, Poster Edges, Posterize, Outline Selection and changed
the opacity on some of the layers. On the text I used Layer Styles:
Danlewin-Gold and Bevels. PSE4 was used to make the image.
