What beautiful light for your self portrait! It reminds me of the way the great masters lit their paintings in the 16th century. With the two cups on the table, it seems to invite the viewer to join you. That makes it a wonderful choice for your profile page shot.

Great shot. Two cups on the table, either you were thirsty or dining with someone else. Amazing what an image can tell a person if they take the time to look. The glow of the candle on the wall is perfect. Thanks for sharing this personal image with us.
