Father and son 胡夫和他的儿子卡夫拉的金字塔

The Great Pyramid of Knufu and the Pyramid of Khafre. Khafre was the son of Knufu. His pyramid is smaller. But because his pyramid is at a higher location, so it looks bigger than his father's.

I like your interpretation of the photo. Thanks.

My idea behind this photo was that the dark road was like the river of time, there is no beginning, there is no end. Egyptians are slowly but surely moving forward, dynasty after dynasty, generation after generation. And the great pyramids are always standing there watching. I am not sure if I was able to get my idea acrossed in this photo but that's what I was trying to say when I pressed the shutter. :-)

I love this picture! But I thought father and son was refering to the pyramids and the little carriage on the ground. Seeing them together is so meaningful.
