I couldn't believe that there were people out in boats on the Mississippi River. This is at Lock and Dam #10 - the dam is just to the left of this boat. It's about 15 degrees outside. When I arrived there were a couple of john boats out there. Not technically the best photo, but I thought it was funny to have both the eagle and the fishermen in the same photo.
