The Hunter River 28/12

The Hunter is on the rise due to rain in the upper catchment. Nothing like last June though, where you could easily have added another 10 metres to today's height. These are the remains of one of the Melville Ford crossings. The current crossing (just to the left) is almost at water level at the moment.
