I am always drawn to trees, and dead ones in particular, as being nature's sculptures.

I felt the wires actually added to the composition here, rather than being a distraction.

I'm sure there is a profound environmental message to be drawn from this,
but then the tree was probably hit by lightning which long pre-dates man's environmental challenge.
