David, explaining the list of everything going to happen that day to everyone. His main part of being involved in this group is he is the organizer/admin person. He collects and tracks everyone's registration forms (and $$$), makes the requisite # of hotel room reservations, arranging transportation, getting the team t-shirts made for that trip's group, arranging our big restaurant dinner, etc..... The myriad of things he has on his shoulders seems endless and he pulls them all off in a great fashion.
