The black background really enhance the bright color of the flower. A pleasant shot to look at with a matching frame..

Thanks jp, Sky and Jo for commenting. As jp has mentioned, Queen Anne's Lace (Daucus carota) is also known as "Wild Carrot" because the roots smell like a carrot. The small reddish/purple flower in the center (hidden in this view) is said to represent a blood stain where Queen Anne pricked herself with a needle when she was making the lace :-)

Very nice bottles. After taking more than 100 photos of these (I just put one in the samples folder) know I find out the name... Great shot, love the lighting.

Gorgeous shot, bottles. One of my favorite flowers, subtle & intricate. You've done a masterful job with a difficult subject. Someone - you! - should do a coffee table book of just wild carrot blooms.
