Light source was mid-morning sun at about 45 degrees over right shoulder. In PS all I did was crop and rotate image 180 degree. Critter was actually upside down. Thanks for comments.
Wow, really nice shot! Whatever the source of the lighting was, it was perfect; giving separation and texture to all the different greens, and even a light reflection in the eye.
