Ok, first things first. There is a local rag that is published every week with a section done by a guy
who apparently writes down everything he hears on the police scanner and thats his column.

Go figure.

Anyway, I ran across this while breezing through the paper and just couldn't resist.

This is supporting evidence why it is that I think it is wrong that you need a
