AH, this is one of my favorite photos taken all year. It defies all cliches and is definitely one of those "decisive moments" when a split second with the shutter either way would have spoiled what turned out to be a masterpiece of composition. The lateral "V" formed by the birds and surfers is simply superb. Nice shooting!
