Along the banks of the Berg River

The pride of the West Coast - delicious dried Bokkoms from Velddrif.
Every Bokkom is cleaned, skinned and dried by hand and then vacuumed
packed. There are two sorts of packaging namely "Dried Bokkoms" and
"Bokkom fillets". Every "Dried Bokkoms" packet contains four whole
Bokkoms and in every packet of "Bokkom fillets" the four dried Bokkoms
are cut into easy to snack fillets. To round off each packet nicely,
Erik includes a toothpick and peppermint.

The process of drying and packing the Bokkoms takes approximately
2 weeks therefore it is necessary to know well in advance should
you need a large order. A small amount is held in stock to ensure
the product is as fresh as possible when ordered.

The product is very popular and can be found in hotels, bars and bottle
stores.
It can also be purchased in fish shops and beach kiosks on the beaches
and holiday resorts.
