Our dad, Geo.Bliss Kinney, served on the Uganda as a gunner (July 44) to Aug 13, 1945. Like so many others, we didn't ask the questions we should have as we grew up. Your gallery is wonderful. It serves to sketch a broader picture of a period of his life we knew little about: the ship, the fellow seamen, their experiences. Many thanks Eric, Maureen Hoole
