Roadrunner About To Snag A Grasshopper 74662

An unwary grasshopper about to meet its doom

Greater Roadrunner (Geococcyx californianus)

This is one of those complete flukes and happy accidents that happen now and then where something
took place in a shot that I wasn't aware of until reviewing the files later on the computer.

Photographed in the Sonoran Desert west of Tucson, Arizona USA.
