This is Eelgrass at Low Tide. There are only a few days a year that the tide gets low enough to reveal the Eelgrass. These images were taken on November 24,2007 around 3:30 to 5:00 pm with low tide being at about -1.58 @ 3:30pm. Arroyo Burro Beach is in Santa Barbara, CA.
