Where we live on top of the North Downs it is the highest point in the south of England. We also have a very particular macro climate and our local temperatures are often 2 degrees hotter in summer and colder in winter; we can be shrouded in fog when the village below us is in bright sunshine... or the reverse. This morning we had mist and frost, but when we drove down the hill it was bright and clear !
