Only a hint of yellow which could be lighting, but I guess this tail is short and notched.
Crown median is not clear in this view.
This bird (one of two) was perched >30 feet from the ground in a prominent tree
at the edge of a creek, which is more usually a perch for Red Tailed Hawks,
American Crows, and Black Vultures.
