Two-and-a-half months ago, construction began on one of the offices in our building. This bin was strategically placed to take up the most possible amount of prime parking right in front of the door to our building. The construction has now been completed for almost three weeks but this dumpster seems to have found a permanent home as no one seems to be in a hurry to move it.
