Phnom Penh has seen an ever growing number of people migrating from the countryside, with shortage of just about anything as they settle, not least of it is space, which combined to economic duress, has them start a life wherever is possible. Railtracks villages are such a possibility, until the govnmt needs the area to be freed and evicts them.
